"Pursuant to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", we inform you that:
- By sending us correspondence or a purchase order or registering for the training, we have become the controller of your personal data provided in the correspondence. As the controller, we are obliged to provide you with the following information.
- We inform you that the controller of your personal data is Masters Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Straszyn near Gdańsk. Should you have any questions in connection with the processing of your personal data, you can contact us by traditional post at: ul. Objazdowa 5b, 83-010 Straszyn near Gdańsk (with the note "Personal Data Officer"), by phone at 58 691 06 91 and by e-mail at biuro@masters.com.pl.
- You can also contact us through the Data Protection Officer, by phone at 58 506 58 63 or by e-mail at IOD@novatronik.com.
- Your personal data provided in the form are necessary for the correct processing of your purchase order or participation in the training, or for recruitment purposes. The data will be processed by us on the basis of Art. 6 6 (1) (a), (b) and Art. 13 of the GDPR for the performance of the contract you conclude with us by placing a purchase order or an access to the training or for recruitment purposes. Your separate consent is required for each of the above purposes.
- The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, failure to do so will result in us not being able to process your purchase order or enter you on the list of training participants or carry out the recruitment procedure with you.
- You can exercise the right to withdraw your consent by sending a request directly to the e-mail address: IOD@novatronik.com or by traditional post to the address: ul. Objazdowa 5b, 83-010 Straszyn near Gdańsk (with the note "Personal Data Officer").
- The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data during the validity period of consent.
- Your personal data will be accessed by the entities that process the data on our behalf in connection with:
- providing us with an IT system which is used to manage our database of customers and business partners
- processing and delivering the ordered product to you
- We do not intend to transfer your data to a third country (outside the European Union) or an international organisation
- Your personal data will be stored for no longer than necessary, i.e. for the period necessary for the processing of your purchase order or for conducting the training or recruitment process, except if you give your separate consent for the fulfilment of another purpose
- You have the right to:
- access to your personal data (i.e. checking what data are processed by us),
- rectification of personal data (if it turns out that they are inaccurate),
- to have your personal data completed (if it turns out that they are incomplete),
- data portability (i.e. to transmit your personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format (e.g. txt., pdf., odt., doc., rtf., jpeg.) to you or to another entity designated by you),
- request restriction of personal data processing (then we will only be able to store your personal data),
- object to the processing of personal data (e.g. when it is carried out for marketing purposes),
- erasure of personal data, but it will be possible subject to the provisions of point 10, which means that we will be able to store some data for the period referred to in point 10.
- connection with the processing of your personal data by us, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. This authority is now the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data (https://giodo.gov.pl/pl/493).
- Based on your personal data, we will not make automated decisions regarding you, including decisions based on profiling.
- Your personal data may also be processed for marketing purposes for Masters Sp.z.o.o on the basis of Art. 6. (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016
